From 9 AM we serve crêpes, Galettes and omelettes minute cooked in front of you.
Crêpes are sweet and served with sugar, lemon, eatella (natural version of industrial well known hazelnut paste), hand made salted butter caramel, etc.
Galettes are savoury, buckwheat based, vegan and gluten free, and cooked with eggs, ham, cheese, onion jam, etc.
Omelettes are cooked on the Bilig, traditional hot plate from Brittany, our land of origin, and the origin of crêpes.
